Shingo Suwa (Japan) Merkur Schallplatten

He was born and raised in Japan and began his career as a producer/ dj in 2004. In early 2008 he founded his own label "Merkur Schallplatten",
It was accepted by Diamonds and Pearls Music for distribution
and therefore gained important underground recognition.
Three vinyl-only EPs from the label have been released so far with the first two featuring Gonno,a japanes artist who already released on Perc Trax and Beyond Records.The third release featured Shingo Suwa, Gonno and Kai, a berlin based Producer of japanese originwho also released on Alphahouse, Enliven and Süd Electronic.

Akirahawks, a friend of him, started the house/disco re-edit label
"House Mannuequin" in late 2008 and the two teamed up for the release of twohand-stamped white label singles limited to 300 copies.
The label concentrates on various styles of house/disco music, edits and dj-toolsand found support from Greg Wilson, Jesse Rose and more acclaimed DJs.
Through that platform Shingo Suwa has been able to grow
as a producer and dj to create fresh dancemusic with unique groovy vibes.
He is currently working on more releases for "Merkur Schallplatten"
and keeping himself busy on the dancefloor.
